McDonough Elevator Sales & Rentals announced recently that it has completed the asset purchase of Rack and Pinion Elevator Service, Inc. based in Denver, Colorado. McDonough Elevator will retain the company’s management and service staff and the acquisition includes all existing service, maintenance, and elevator sales contracts. Operations will continue out of the Denver office.

With over 40 years of serving the Rocky Mountains, Rack and Pinion Elevator Service was owned and operated by Howard Francis, who will stay on board during a transition period.
